- Health bulletin of dogs or cats with valid rabies vaccination; - Proof of electronic identification (SIAC Form); - Declaration of transfer of ownership (request from the Parish Council) signed by the previous owner and the new owner, where the first certifies that he has given the animal to the second; - Citizen card or identity card and tax number of the new owner;
The identification of pet animals consists of marking the pet animal through the implantation of a transponder / microchip (or any other system authorized for the species in question) and its registration on the SIAC platform.
You must go to the Parish Council of your area of residence, where the animal was registered to be discharged for disappearance and you must also inform the Veterinary Doctor who accompanies your animal.
