Approved unanimously in the Assembly of the Republic, the new law has changed some rules of organization and functioning of the voter registration process, in the sense of simplification and modernisation of procedures, through auto-enrollment, thus facilitating the life of citizens and, simultaneously, higher printing accuracy and transparency to the process.
