Cultural Association of the Deaf of Águeda

The Cultural Association of the Deaf of Águeda was created in 2000, it is a Private Institution of Social Solidarity (IPSS), that is, non-profit (Decree-Law nº 119/83). This Convivial Center aims to meet the needs of members. Opening hours for the whole community, members and non-members, deaf or listeners are from 8 pm to 11:30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. However, during the week, they have Interpretation services, completely free for members. The Cultural Association of the Deaf of Águeda (ACSA) promotes cultural, sporting and recreational activities, among others, with the aim of offering members new experiences that are not part of their daily lives, thus ensuring their full participation and exercise of citizenship. through the association's specialized intervention.
